Returns & Exchange
Need to return or exchange your order? We’re happy to help!
We offer returns and exchanges within 7 calendar days from the date you receive your order. For example, if your order was delivered on October 1st, you must submit your return or exchange request by October 7th. Once your request is approved, the item must be shipped within 1 day. For in-store returns, the item must be delivered to our store within 7 days — that means no later than October 7th.
You can choose to:
✔ Exchange for another item
✔ Receive Store Credit equivalent to your purchase amount
Please note:
🔸 All returns will be issued as Store Credit only – we do not provide cash refunds for any return orders and delivery fees
🔸 Sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable
🔸 Items purchased using Store Credit are not eligible for return or refund. If an order is paid with both Store Credit and another payment method, only the portion paid with the other method is eligible for return or refund
🔸 Items must be in brand new condition – unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached
🔸 Items purchased or picked up in-store are not eligible for return or exchange once taken out of the store
🔸 Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
⏳ Return & Exchange Processing Time
Once we receive your returned item, we will process your Store Credit within 7–10 business days (excluding shipping costs). You will be notified via email once it’s complete. If you're exchanging for an item with a different price, we will contact you to settle any price difference.
