Shipping fee

Hong Kong & Macao: For orders over HK$ 800, we offer free shipping by S.F. Express. For orders under HK$ 800, S.F express deliver fee will be paid by receiver. For Hong Kong & Macao orders, we currently use SF Express as our courier.

Processing time

We normally ship within 2-7 days after you place your order online. We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. Some items may take longer to ship. If your order is time-sensitive, please check with customer service.

Self pick-up option (Hong Kong only)

Pick up in our store at Causeway Bay Centre. You will receive a message or Email when it's ready. Pick up usually is available in 1-5 days.
