Shipping fee

Singapore: For orders over SGD 150, we offer free shipping. For orders under SGD 150, shipping starts at SGD 5 for the first weight bracket, with additional charges depending on the total weight. 
Malaysia: For orders over MYR 400, we offer free shipping. For orders under MYR 400, shipping starts at MYR 20 for the first weight bracket, with additional charges depending on the total weight. 

Processing time

We normally ship within 2-7 days after you place your order online. We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. Some items may take longer to ship. If your order is time-sensitive, please check with customer service.

Self pick-up option (Hong Kong only)

Pick up in our store at Causeway Bay Centre. You will receive a message or Email when it's ready. Pick up usually is available in 1-5 days.
